This role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer-facing roles, and a strong desire to grow professionally in the real estate development sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients and visitors as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception and office area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Manage office supplies orders.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth front desk operations.
- Assist in managing client expectations, answering questions, and providing information about our real estate projects and services.
-Take orders for and prepare beverages (e.g., coffee, tea, water, etc.) for clients, ensuring an attentive and hospitable experience.
- Maintain attendance track sheets.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/degree in office administration or business is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a receptionist, preferably in real estate, property management, or a corporate setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Presentable and professional appearance suitable for a client-facing environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-faced setting.
