Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently
Manage the front desk and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, receiving and sorting daily mail, and coordinating with office staff
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and email correspondence
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing documents and deliveries
Support the HR and Admin departments when required
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Presentable, professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in a busy environment
Punctuality and reliability are a must
Female candidates preferred (as per office requirements)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
