Receptionist
to join our team at the AUH office.
Role Overview:
As the first point of contact, you will manage our front desk, welcome clients, and support office operations. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors at the reception.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and presentation.
Coordinate couriers, deliveries, and incoming/outgoing mail.
Support basic admin tasks including filing, stationery, and meeting logistics.
Handle petty cash and assist with simple clerical duties.
Liaise with the Abu Dhabi team and Dubai HQ when required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (2-4 years).
Prior experience in interior fit-out, construction, or related sectors is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Presentable and customer-service oriented.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
