Receptionist
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have experience in
data entry, purchasing, and handling calls
. We value professionalism, organization, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
Manage incoming and outgoing calls with clients and suppliers
Perform accurate data entry and maintain daily records
Support basic purchasing and order follow-ups
Coordinate with workshop team and update customers on progress
Requirements:
Previous experience in data entry and purchasing (auto garage or related industry preferred)
Fluency in
English
is a must;
Arabic and Hindi
are a plus
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Presentable, proactive, and well-organized
