We are looking for a friendly, organized, and presentable
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for clients visiting our center. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk duties, provide excellent customer service, and support the operations team in maintaining a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
Schedule and confirm appointments
Assist walk-in customers and guide them to the relevant departments/services
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Handle basic inquiries about our services and offers
Coordinate with the operations and service teams for smooth client handling
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and document organization
Requirements:
Proven experience in a front desk, customer service, or receptionist role (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (Emirati dialect is a plus)
Presentable, courteous, and customer-focused
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email, etc.)
Professional attitude and appearance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
