Key Objectives
Manage front desk activities efficiently to create a positive first impression.
Coordinate communication between patients, medical staff, and administrative departments.
Support daily operations to enhance patient experience and office workflow.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors promptly and courteously.
Answer and direct incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and take messages as needed.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments while maintaining accurate records.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying insurance and collecting payments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate smooth patient flow.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies inventory.
Adhere to confidentiality policies and maintain patient privacy at all times.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation as required.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in health care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using phone systems, appointment scheduling software, and basic computer applications (MS Office).
