. Knowledgeable and have experience in doing/answering business calls and other reception/administrative works like filing, scanning, document/office supplies controlling/management. 2. Knowlegeable in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF) 3. With pleasing personality. 4. Preferably with 1- 3 yrs experience in construction industry/contracting company in UAE (reception/admin experience not within UAE or not within construction industry may also be acknowledged and evaluated) 5.
