Report to senior leadership and oversee the Reservations Agent. Maintain a highly organized reservations system, ensuring accuracy in all guest details and preferences. Handle high-volume reservations, balancing capacity while maintaining guest experience. Optimize booking allocation, ensuring maximum efficiency while considering guest needs. Ensure that the Reservations Team is structured to meet business demands while maintaining service quality. Work closely with front-of-house managers to ensure seamless handover of bookings. Maintain an administrative focus, overseeing booking records, reports, and data insights. Ensure timely communication with guests, confirming details and addressing any special requests.
