We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused
Reception Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience managing front-of-house operations in a busy restaurant environment.
ey Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the reception/front desk area.
Manage and train the reception team to ensure a warm and professional guest experience.
Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests efficiently.
Coordinate with restaurant and operations teams to ensure smooth service flow.
Maintain high standards of customer service and handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor and manage booking systems, seating arrangements, and guest flow.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on reservations, guest feedback, and front desk performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in a
reception or front-of-house management role
within a
restaurant or hospitality setting
.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, ResDiary, SevenRooms) is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
