Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Manage and train the reception team to maintain high service standards
Greet and assist guests with professionalism and warmth
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and any complaints with care and efficiency
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Monitor and manage reception-related budgets, supplies, and systems
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Reception Manager or similar front-of-house leadership role
Strong background in the hospitality industry (hotel, restaurant, or similar)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency in reservation and front desk software systems
High attention to detail and a guest-first mindset
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
