We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team. The Receiving Clerk is responsible for ensuring all incoming products are accurately documented, received, and properly stocked and inventoried. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Document and record information related to incoming products, including quantity, size, product ID, and any other required information
Receive and process all incoming orders
Identify discrepancies and damaged items
Stock products according to company regulations
Investigate any discrepancies or errors
Verify and follow health and safety standards
Provide customer service for questions or concerns about incoming products
Prepare daily and weekly reports
Requirements:
At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role
Ability to operate a forklift
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures
