We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Receiving Agent to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a Receiving Agent, you will play a crucial role in our organization's inventory management and logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and accurate record-keeping.

• Receive and inspect all incoming goods, verifying quantity and quality against purchase orders
• Process and document received items using our inventory management system
• Properly store and organize received goods in designated areas
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations
• Fulfill department requisitions in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliations
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines in the warehouse
• Notify relevant departments upon arrival of goods
• Prepare and file completed receiving documentation according to established procedures

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items regularly
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
• Solid math skills for accurate counting and inventory reconciliation
• Knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse safety procedures
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
