Job Requirements:
Prepare entry cards for new and current employees, cooperate with company departments in onboarding new people
Settle company invoices and verify and organize basic documents
Support the organization of internal initiatives and projects, such as internal events, space arrangement, etc.

You have experience in organizational and logistics tasks
