Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial real estate
Conduct market research and comparative market analyses to price properties accurately
Prepare and present purchase offers; manage negotiations through closing
Schedule and host showings, open houses, and property inspections
Advise clients on market trends, financing options, legal processes, and staging best practices
Prepare contracts, deeds, and closing documents; coordinate with inspectors, lenders, and escrow agents
Promote listings via MLS, company websites, social media, print ads, and email campaigns
Build and maintain referral networks with attorneys, lenders, and contractors
Stay up to date on local market conditions, zoning laws, and real estate regulations
Qualifications & Skills
Valid real estate license (Agent/Broker)
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (1-5 years preferred)
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
In-depth knowledge of local market trends and experience with MLS and CRM tools
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy: proficient in CRM systems, listing platforms, and Microsoft Office
High levels of integrity, professionalism, and ethics

Pay: AED70,000.00 - AED200,000.00 per month
