Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and culturally fluent Realtor - Chinese Language Specialist to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a real estate professional who can effectively engage Chinese-speaking clients, provide tailored property guidance, and support the company's expansion into key international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of Chinese-speaking clients, offering expert guidance throughout the property buying, selling, and leasing process.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and client consultations in Mandarin or Cantonese as required.
Develop a deep understanding of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, including residential and investment opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare marketing materials, presentations, and property listings tailored to Chinese-speaking audiences.
Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates, market insights, and exceptional customer service.
Support the company's participation in international property exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events targeting Chinese markets.
Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or a related field.
Fluency in Mandarin (required); Cantonese is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly Abu Dhabi, is preferred.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
RERA or similar real estate certification is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
