Position Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and client-focused

Realtor - Chinese Language Specialist

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be fluent in Chinese and English, with strong communication skills and a passion for real estate. You will play a key role in assisting clients with property transactions, building long-term relationships, and expanding our reach within the Chinese-speaking community.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial properties Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, and tenants Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends Build and maintain a portfolio of Chinese-speaking clients through networking and referrals Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company sales targets
Qualifications

Fluency in

Chinese

and

English

(Arabic is a plus) Previous experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or consulting Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market preferred Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is an advantage Ability to work independently and within a team environment
