Key Responsibilities:
Source and list residential and commercial properties for sale and rent.
Maintain and update property listings on real estate portals, company website, and social media.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing and accurate property details.
Collaborate with property owners and developers to gather photos, descriptions, and legal documents.
Ensure all listings comply with UAE real estate regulations.
Coordinate with the marketing team for advertisements, virtual tours, and promotional materials.
Respond to inquiries and provide potential clients with accurate property details.
Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and close deals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in real estate listing or a related field.
Strong knowledge of real estate CRM systems and online property portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail in property descriptions and pricing accuracy.
Fluency in English &
Arabic
