We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, and must be knowledgeable about the local real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct market analysis to determine property values.
List properties on online platforms and promote through various channels.
Schedule and conduct property viewings.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements).
Negotiate offers and close property deals.
Maintain relationships with clients and follow up on leads.
Coordinate with mortgage lenders, property inspectors, and legal representatives.
