Key Responsibilities:
Photography & Videography
: Capture high-quality images and videos of real estate properties, including interiors, exteriors, and architectural details.
Editing & Post-Production
: Edit and enhance photos and videos, ensuring all final content is polished, professional, and visually captivating.
Motion Graphics
: Create engaging motion graphics and video edits to enhance property videos, such as animated text, virtual tours, and other dynamic visual effects.
Creative Direction
: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan and execute creative visuals that align with the company's branding and target audience.
Equipment Management
: Own and maintain professional photography and videography equipment (DSLR cameras, gimbals, drones, lighting, etc.) and ensure it is in top working condition.
Property Showcasing
: Highlight key features of properties, including layout, unique selling points, and surrounding environments, to attract potential buyers and renters.
On-site Production
: Visit real estate properties for photo and video shoots, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and angles.
Client Communication
: Work closely with clients to understand their vision for the property and deliver high-quality content that meets their needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
videographer and photographer
, with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate photography and videography.
Proficiency in
motion graphics
and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
Own professional photography and videography equipment
Strong understanding of
real estate
photography and videography techniques, including lighting, composition, and camera angles.
Ability to create engaging, polished content under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in real estate media production.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Experience in creating
virtual tours
or 3D tours is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
