Royal Pearl Real Estate is seeking a talented and creative

Videographer & Editor

with a strong background in marketing and a passion for visual storytelling to bring our properties to life. The ideal candidate will have experience in shooting high-quality real estate videos, capturing drone footage, and editing dynamic content for various digital platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence through engaging video content that showcases our listings, agents, and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality video footage of properties, including interiors, exteriors, drone shots, and agent walk-throughs. Edit videos to produce polished, professional, and engaging content suitable for online platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop storyboards and creative video strategies. Create short-form content for social media, promotional campaigns, client testimonials, and company events. Perform color grading, sound mixing, and add effects, text, or animations as needed. Stay up to date with the latest trends in video content, editing styles, and real estate marketing. Organize and manage video files, media libraries, and project archives. Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a videographer and editor, preferably in real estate or lifestyle content. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools. Skilled in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting kits, and drone equipment. Strong understanding of social media content formats and engagement techniques. Excellent storytelling, visual composition, and editing skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
