Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative videographer who is proficient in video shooting, editing, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing professional real estate videos, engaging social media reels, advertisements, and high-quality content that align with Makyee's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shoot professional videos and photos for real estate projects such as property showcases and virtual tours, events, and promotional campaigns.

- Create and edit engaging reels, short-form content, and social media ads tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

- Develop eye-catching motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling and brand identity.

- Handle post-production tasks including color correction, audio editing, and visual effects.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative video campaigns.

- Ensure all content meets Makyee's quality standards and is delivered on time.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in real estate videography, editing, and social media content.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Videographer/Video Editor/Motion Graphic Designer (portfolio required).

- Strong knowledge of professional video shooting equipment, lighting, and sound.

- Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).

- Expertise in creating motion graphics and animations.

- Experience in producing CGI and VFX content is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong storytelling, attention to detail, and creative vision.
