Royal Pearl Real Estate is seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Editor with a passion for visual storytelling to bring our properties to life. The ideal candidate will have experience in shooting high-quality real estate videos, drone footage, and editing dynamic content for digital platforms. You will play a key role in building our brand presence through engaging video content that highlights our listings, agents, and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality video footage of properties including interior, exterior, drone shots, and agent walk-throughs Edit videos to produce polished and professional content suitable for online platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop storyboards and creative video strategies Create short-form content for social media, promotional campaigns, testimonials, and company events Color grade, sound mix, and add effects/text/animations when necessary Stay updated with the latest trends in video content, editing styles, and real estate marketing Organize and manage video files and archives Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a videographer and editor, preferably in real estate or lifestyle content Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools Skilled in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting kits, and drone equipment Understanding of social media content formats and engagement techniques Strong storytelling, visual composition, and editing skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Portfolio or demo reel is required with application
