Key Responsibilities
Conduct property valuations for commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use assets
Prepare RICS-compliant valuation reports for clients, banks, legal entities, and internal use
Analyze market data, zoning regulations, sales history, and comparable properties
Inspect and measure properties, assess conditions, and identify influencing factors
Use valuation software and models to support cost, market, and income-based approaches
Communicate findings clearly to clients and stakeholders in writing and in person
Maintain valuation records, documentation, and audit trails for compliance
Ensure all reports meet RICS Red Book standards
Liaise with property owners, agents, legal teams, and local authorities
Monitor real estate market trends, yields, and macroeconomic indicators
Support due diligence for acquisitions, disposals, financing, or legal disputes
Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing
Required Qualifications and Skills
MRICS or FRICS designation (Valuation Pathway)
Minimum 1-2 years of valuation experience
Strong knowledge of RICS Red Book Global Standards
Experience with Argus, Excel, and valuation platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple assignments
