The Real Estate Trainer must be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities. The right person for this position will be friendly and outgoing with a strong desire to help and serve others. The trainer will be seen as the go-to person for all education and training needs within the office. This person should be a self-starter that is comfortable taking charge with little to no supervision. The Trainer must be able move with a sense of urgency to ensure they take care of their agent's needs in a timely manner. Role:
Oversee the education and coaching programs in the office including the monthly training calendar, new agent training program, and weekly coaching sessions.
Track metrics to evaluate the success of education and training in the office. Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for in-house training for all employees
• Weekly communication to agents about upcoming classes & events.
• Coordinate monthly training calendar, including general induction and introduction to the CRM (Technology)
• Ensure success of new agents by executing and tracking new agent training program.
• Partner with leadership team and agents to create timely and effective educational. events and training for agents of all levels of experience and knowledge.
• Assist with all office events and act as an ambassador for Keller Williams culture and standards.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
