We are launching a Real Estate Training Institute in Dubai and are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Real Estate Trainer
to lead and deliver high-impact training programs for aspiring agents and professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging training sessions (in-person or online) on real estate topics including sales, RERA laws, property listing, client handling, and market analysis.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and course modules.
Stay updated with Dubai Land Department and RERA regulations.
Train students for certification and industry-readiness.
Assist in designing new course modules and workshops.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate (Trainer or Senior Agent/Broker).
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market and RERA laws.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must speak English fluently. Arabic, Hindi, or Russian is a big plus.
Previous training or mentorship experience is a plus.
