Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced telesales representative to join our sales team at our real estate agency. We require the ideal candidate to have a successful track record in telesales, exceptional communication skills, and a strong passion for real estate. Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and opportunities by conducting cold calls and email marketing to potential clients
- Schedule appointments for real estate agents to meet with potential clients
- Manage a potential client database and follow up on leads regularly
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to encourage potential clients to work with our agency
- Keep up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends and property information to provide clients with accurate and valuable information
- Work with the rest of the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve individual and team sales targets
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, including calls made, appointments scheduled, and sales closed
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales databases
- Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
