We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Real Estate Telesales Representative to join our sales team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling, and conducting outbound sales calls to potential clients in the real estate market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for connecting with people to drive successful sales outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the real estate market to generate leads and identify sales opportunities. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by consistently prospecting and cold calling. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide information on available properties and services. Present and promote real estate products and services to prospective clients in a compelling and persuasive manner. Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture client relationships and guide them through the sales process. Collaborate with the sales team and real estate agents to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless customer experiences. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and lead progress in the CRM system. Stay informed about market trends, property values, and real estate regulations to provide accurate information to clients. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the organization. Continuously improve sales skills through training and staying updated on industry best practices.
