We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated
Real Estate Telesales Executive
with 2-3 years of proven success in selling real estate over the phone in UAE. The role requires excellent communication, persuasive sales skills, and a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential buyers to promote and sell residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and follow up with qualified leads.
Present property details, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients.
Arrange property site visits for prospective clients.
Maintain an up-to-date client database (CRM) with accurate lead and follow-up information.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Keep up-to-date with current property market trends, project launches, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of
real estate telesales
experience in UAE (off-plan, ready properties, or both).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding real estate sales targets.
Strong customer service mindset and objection-handling ability.
Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office tools.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented.
