Make outbound calls to property owners and real estate agents to confirm property availability and obtain listings.
Maintain and update accurate records of property listings in the internal system
Schedule and coordinate meetings between property owners, real estate agents, and prospective tenants
Follow up on leads and ensure consistent communication with clients
Support the real estate team with administrative and client coordination tasks
Handle incoming inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in real estate telecalling, preferably within the UAE/GCC market
Strong communication and Negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Good understanding of the UAE real estate market and experience using major property portals (e.g., Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder)
Must currently hold a valid visa with a minimum of 2 months' validity
Willingness to undergo a mandatory 2-month trial period
Visa sponsorship may be offered upon successful completion of the trial period
