- Assist with property management tasks such as coordinating maintenance and repairs, handling tenant inquiries, and ensuring properties are in compliance with local regulations
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
- Prepare and process lease agreements, rental applications, and other legal documents
- Assist with property showings and open houses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, transactions, and financial documents
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential clients
- Assist with property valuation and appraisal processes
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, real estate, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus
