IIQAF is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Real Estate Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our top-tier agents, working with clients to manage property transactions, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws. Your success in this position will require excellent problem solving and organizational skills, in addition to having a positive attitude and strong aptitude to learn.
Responsibilities:
Support agents in their day-to-day real estate transactions
Ensure that all transactions are completed in accordance with real estate laws
Process and coordinate paperwork, including contracts and deeds
Respond to customer inquiries, identify customer needs, and provide timely follow-up
Update databases, listing management systems, and property listings
Develop marketing materials for agents such as brochures, flyers, etc.
Participate in client meetings, as needed, to assist with transactions
Other related duties and tasks, as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Real Estate)
At least 1-2 years of professional experience in a real estate environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
Superior organizational and problem solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Ability to work independently or in a team-oriented setting
Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and reliable transportation
