Responsibilities: . Develop and implement marketing strategies to identify and generate new leads. . Conduct market research to identify and analyze trends in the local real estate market. . Pre-qualify potential clients to determine their needs and budgets. . List, market, rent and sell residential and commercial properties. . Accompany clients on property showings and provide information about the property and the surrounding area. . Negotiate offers on behalf of clients. . Prepare and review contracts and other real estate documents. . Coordinate with closing agents and other parties involved in the transaction. Skills and Requirements: . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Excellent negotiation skills. . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. . Strong understanding of real estate principles and practices. . Knowledge of local real estate market trends. . Have Bahrain driving license. Experience: . 1+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field. . Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and providing excellent customer service. .
