Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries and follow up with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
Conduct property viewings, attend developer briefings, and guide clients throughout the sales process.
Present and promote both off-plan projects and secondary market listings.
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve successful closures.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and competitors.
Build and manage a personal client database while leveraging company-provided leads.
