Maintaining and organizing office files, records, and databases
Preparing and proofreading documents, contracts, and correspondence
Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
Assisting agents with listing and closing processes
Preparing listing agreements, purchase agreements, and disclosures
Coordinating with clients, agents, lenders, inspectors, and title companies
Managing MLS (Multiple Listing Service) entries and updates
Creating and distributing marketing materials (flyers, brochures, online listings)
Greeting clients and visitors in person or virtually
Providing basic information about properties and services
Following up with leads and maintaining client communication logs
Ensuring all documents are complete and compliant with local laws
Tracking deadlines for contingencies, inspections, and closings
Filing and archiving transaction records
