Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting both off-plan and ready properties.
Present and promote off-plan projects from top-tier developers.
Conduct property viewings and project presentations with professionalism.
Negotiate offers and close transactions efficiently.
Stay informed about current market trends, pricing, and new launches.
Build long-term client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team success.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of real estate experience
in Dubai (off-plan & Secondary market experience is a plus).
Fluent in Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and developers.
Track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Immediate availability
is preferred.
