Job Description
Overview: Sales supervisor overseeing and enhancing the performance of the sales team, and adhering to the following scope of work Responsibilities: Sales Team Leadership: Responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Ensure all sales quotas and goals are met. Responsible for assisting sales representatives and the team in meeting and exceeding sales goals. Address potential customer inquiries and conduct follow-up calls as required. Collaborate with the sales team during the sales closing process. Responsible for monitoring and tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics. Responsible for collaborating with other relevant departments to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsible for analyzing sales data and generating (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) reports for management review. Responsible for conducting regular training sessions to enhance the team\'s knowledge of real estate trends, market updates, and effective sales techniques. Candidate MUST have minimum 2 years experience in UAE Real Estate . Salary : 3500-4000 AED + Commission Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
