Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced, confident & dynamic Property Consultant/Sales Broker with Real Estate UAE Experience who is capable of targeting the potential clients and closing the deals. Interested candidates can send their CV to infoathbhomes.ae What we need:
- At least 2years experience in Dubai real estate brokerage firm.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Must be a proactive, task oriented and self-driven.
- Up to date with UAE Real Estate market trends.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services.
- Conduct research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin.
- Conduct price negotiations with property agents on behalf of a client to reach a favorable price.
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Have an extensive understating of the UAE real estate market and familiarity with leasehold and freeholds, off plans, ready properties.
- Ensure good professional relationships with owners, developers, and clients.
- Ensure all leads and inquiries are attended to as per best customer service practices.
- Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make.
