Job Description

Are you a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader with a passion for real estate? We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead and grow our high-performing sales team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Coordinate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales goals.

- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

- Ensure high client satisfaction through quality service and relationship management.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader in UAE real estate.

- Deep knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market.

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
