Role Responsibilities:



Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Recruit, onboard, and mentor new agents, fostering a high-performance sales culture. Design and implement strategic sales plans focused on off-plan property markets. Drive revenue growth while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and nurturing long-term relationships. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities, ensuring the team remains agile and competitive. Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics to guide business decisions.

Requirements:



A minimum of 5 years of proven real estate experience in the Dubai market. Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong background in team leadership, recruitment, and sales training. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of Dubai's off-plan sector. Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
