Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of proven real estate experience in the Dubai market.
Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong background in team leadership, recruitment, and sales training.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai's off-plan sector.
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
