Position Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in the real estate sector.
• Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• Location: Dubai(on site)

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to increase revenue and sales.
• Recruit and train new brokers.
• Oversee daily operations and manage office staff.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies.

Candidate Profile:

• Passionate about real estate with an eye for identifying new market opportunities.
• Adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet business objectives.
• Exceptional ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
