We are seeking a passionate and results-driven

Real Estate Sales Consultant

to join our growing team in

Ras Al Khaimah

. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a proven track record in real estate sales or client relations.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Provide professional real estate advice based on current market trends and client requirements. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and referrals. Conduct property tours and manage the negotiation and closing process. Stay updated with market developments, legal regulations, and pricing strategies. Maintain organized records of client interactions, listings, and transactions.

Requirements:



Valid UAE Driving License

(mandatory) Proven experience in real estate or a related sales field Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong time management and organizational skills
