Job Description

Position: Sales Director for Primary Market\\[Salary:\\[10,000-15000 AED per month\\[Commission:\\[- 10% override on team sales.- 25% on personal deal closures.\\[Bonuses:\\[- Monthly hiring targets incentives.- Extra bonus for new joiners achieving their targets in the first three months.### Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.- Directly manage and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly sales objectives.- Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.### Requirements:- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a directorial position within a brokerage.- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director.- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.- Proven ability to position products against competitors.- Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.- BA/BS degree or equivalent.### Desirable Skills and Qualifications:- Strong leadership skills with the ability to challenge and inspire the sales team.- High level of business acumen and market analysis skills.- Strong understanding of the brokerage industry and primary market trends.- Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Strong analytical and organizational skills.- Advanced problem-solving capabilities to deliver strategic solutions.- Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.### Application Process:Interested candidates should submit a resume highlighting relevant experience, a cover letter detailing why you are the ideal candidate for this role, and any supporting documents that demonstrate your ability to meet and exceed our requirements.
