About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced

Real Estate Sales Director

to lead, mentor, and scale our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Dubai real estate, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute winning sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, motivate, and manage a team of Property Consultants & Sales Managers Develop and implement high-performance sales strategies and targets Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly & quarterly KPIs Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key clients Oversee deal pipelines, negotiations, and closing processes Analyze market trends and competitor activities Recruit, onboard, and continuously develop sales talent Ensure CRM data accuracy and sales reporting Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of real estate sales leadership experience in Dubai Proven track record of leading successful sales teams Strong developer & investor network (preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment RERA Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
