Important Responsibilities as Sales Manager:
- Lead & Motivate the Sales Team
Train, and manage a team of real estate agents to hit monthly and quarterly targets.
- Set & Track Sales Targets
Establish clear sales goals and ensure the team meets or exceeds them through regular performance reviews.
- Generate Leads & Manage Pipeline
Oversee lead generation strategies, monitor conversion rates, and optimize the sales funnel.
- Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and investors, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Market Analysis & Strategy
Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activity, and develop effective strategies accordingly.
- Use of Technology & CRM
Leverage CRM systems and digital tools to track leads, automate follow-ups, and report performance.
- Coordinate with Marketing
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and improve overall ROI.
- Compliance
Ensure all sales activities comply with legal standards and company policies, including contracts and DLD (Dubai Land Department) requirements and AML (Anti Money Laundering) policy.
