What you'll be doing (aka: how you'll get paid)
You'll be:
Meeting buyers, tenants, investors, and the occasional "I'm only looking" client who ends up signing
Handling property viewings across Dubai (yes, your step count is about to explode)
Matching people to homes like a high-end property Cupid
Negotiating deals like it's a sport (because it is)
Managing listings, pricing, and marketing with smart strategy -- not guesswork
Building a personal brand that gets recognised, referred and respected
Working with internal teams to push leads through the pipeline and close faster
The kind of person we're looking for
You don't need to be a walking property encyclopedia (yet). But you DO need:
? Confidence in conversation
? A strong work ethic (this isn't part-time hustle culture)
? Competitive energy (without being a knob about it)
? Drive, discipline and consistency
? The ability to handle rejection without spiraling
? A self-starting attitude -- you don't wait to be told what to do
Bonus points if you've got:
*Real estate experience (Dubai or overseas)
Sales background (cars, recruitment, luxury retail, anything commission-based) RERA license (or you're ready to get it) Driving License
