We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven
Sales Consultant
to join our real estate sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, building client relationships, and closing deals directly with developers.
Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties from our portfolio of developer partners.
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective buyers and investors through networking, referrals, digital outreach, and property events.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions based on their investment goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and project launches.
Handle client inquiries and maintain high standards of service through timely follow-ups and professional communication.
Collaborate with internal teams and developers to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Accurately maintain records of leads, sales activity, and client feedback through CRM tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations and market trends.
