Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation. Advise and guide clients on property options, investment opportunities, and market trends. Manage property sales and leasing transactions from start to finish. Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and close deals with professionalism. Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute innovative campaigns that attract buyers and investors. Stay updated on Dubai's dynamic real estate market, regulations, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a

Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant

in Dubai (preferred). Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, RERA, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and social media platforms. A valid UAE driving license and car (preferred). RERA certification is a plus (can also be provided upon joining).
