We are looking for a driven and passionate
Real Estate Agent
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least
1 year of proven experience
in Dubai real estate (off-plan and/or secondary market) with strong knowledge of developers, communities, and the overall property landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle both
off-plan and secondary market
transactions.
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Provide professional property consultations to clients based on their needs.
Stay up to date with Dubai real estate trends, market insights, and project launches.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of real estate experience
in Dubai (off-plan or secondary market).
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Knowledge of Dubai developers, projects, and communities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be currently based in Dubai.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
