KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a leading property management firm in Dubai, seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying process, showcasing our properties, and providing expert advice and support. Your strong sales skills, market knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be essential in helping clients find their perfect property.

Responsibilities



Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions. Conduct property viewings and present features and benefits of available properties to prospective buyers. Prepare and present offers and negotiate sales agreements while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients. Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and strategies to promote properties effectively. Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activity, and maintain accurate records of client interactions. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. Participate in networking events and industry functions to build relationships and enhance the company's presence in the market.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role. Strong understanding of the local real estate market, including trends and property values. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Outstanding negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation. Knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance standards in the UAE.
