Essential: At least 6 months of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented individual to join our growing off-plan sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, especially in primary/launch properties, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to close high-value deals.
Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell off-plan projects from top developers in Dubai.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of current real estate market trends, launches, and pricing.
Manage the full sales cycle--from lead generation and qualification to site visits, presentations, and deal closure.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and market insights.
Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.
Regularly attend project launches, training, and networking events to stay updated with market offerings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
Manage and update CRM with accurate client data and follow-up actions.
